SHIPPING & REFUNDS

We created a shipping & refund policy even though we have never had a problem with getting our cannabis products out to our members and only few of our members have requested a refund.

Nevertheless, here it is:


SHIPPING

We currently ship our cannabis products to locations throughout Canada. We do not at this time ship to the United States, or any locations worldwide.
We ship using Canada Post pre-paid XpressPost envelopes and boxes. Shipping is fast, safe, secure, and discreet. All shipments are tracked and delivery times guaranteed.

If we receive payment by 9:00 am PST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day (a business day is a day other than Saturday, Sunday, a statutory holiday and any day observed as a holiday by Canada Post). Once your order has shipped, tracking number will be sent to you by email.

For all orders with total value of $149 or more BEST BUD BC covers the shipping costs. That’s right. You get the best cannabis products in the world delivered to your door and pay nothing for shipping.


REFUNDS

If a shipment gets lost, BEST BUD B.C. will notify you and offer the option for reshipment. BEST BUD BC cannot guarantee orders shipped via regular mail. We ship using Canada Post pre-paid XpressPost envelopes and boxes. Shipping is fast, safe, secure, and discreet.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement (UP TO $200) free of charge.
